2 cups wheat flour
1/4 th cup rice flour
1 cup jaggery
1/2 cup coconut grated
5-6 elaichi powdered
4 - 5 tsp Ghee
Method:
Add jaggery to two cups of water in a vessel in stove and keep stirring till completely dissolved. Keep it down and when little warm add wheat flour, rice flour, coconut and elaichi powder. Mix everything very well. Keep the tawa and pour the batter little thick and pour ghee on top. Turn over slowly. Let both sides be light red. Serve hot.
