Broccoli and Corn Indian Style Kurma

Ingredients:

FOR MASALA PASTE:
1 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup khasa khasa
1 tsp hing
1/2 onion
1 tomato
3 green chillies
3 to 4 cashews
small piece of ginger
FOR GRAVY:
2 tsp Oil
1 bay leaf
1/2 Tsp jeera
pinch of hing
1/2 onion chopped into long fine strips
1/2 tomato
1 tsp garam masala
1 sweet corn
1 cup broccoli florette

Method:

In a kadai, take two tsp of oil, add bay leaf then jeera and little haldi,then fry the onion till brown. Then add corn, broccoli florette and tomatoes.when they turn soft add the ground paste and salt and allow it to boil,until the raw smell to go and get the aroma. By then the oil also will come off the korma. Then add finely cut cilantro and one teaspoon garam masala.
