Potato in Coconut Gravy

Ingredients:
potato 1/4 kg chopped to cubes with skin
oil - 2-3 tbps
coconut milk 3 cup
curd 1 cup
ginger & garlic paste 1 tps
garam masala(cinnamon,clove,bay leaf etc) - each one
salt to taste
garlic - 4-5 cloves
Onion - 1 medium sized
green chilies - 4

Method:
In a kadai, take two tsp of oil, add bay leaf,cloves etc then fry the onion till they are transparent. Then add garlic,green chilies and potato.cook potato to soft by adding water & salt.when they turn soft add the g&g paste and saute well.Add curd & mix well. Then add finely coconut milk & dhania powder and bring back to the boil , switch off stove. Serve hot with fried rice.
