Curry Leaf Chutney

Ingredients:
Red chili - 2
Vendayam - 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Channa-dhal 1 tbsp
Urad dhal 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 10 bunch
Tamarind - small ball size
Hing - small pinch
salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
For Seasoning
Mustard - 1 tsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Method:
Fry all ingredients in oil individually and grind well.
season the paste with mustard.
