Theengai paal Kheer

This is a famous south Indian recipe. It can be drink both cold and hot. Things needed: serves 2 Coconut: 1 cup  Boiled milk : 1/2 cup Jaggery : 1/2 cup
Cardomum : a pinch Rice : 1 tbsp Method: Add coconut and rice to mixie and grind it by adding water.Squeeze out coconut milk from that. This should approx 1 cup. Add this coconut milk to milk and boil till it forms bubbles in the corner. Do not over heat it. Once bubbles are formed add cardio mum and Jaggery. Keep stirring till Jaggery dissolves in the mixture. Keep in fridge and serve cool.
